This is how you do a Hard Reset on your life in 90 days.
First of all, clean up your diet
Remove all forms of junk food.
Avoid eating out of boredom.

Eat in a calorie deficit or surplus.
You don’t want to be the fat kid this summer, fix up your diet. You can’t look shredded while eating Burger King every day.
Sweat every day
Aim for 10,000 steps daily.
Hit the gym 3-4 times a week.
go for a run 1-2 times a week.
This explains itself, you have to hit the gym to achieve a great physique. Sign up for a gym membership and hit push, pull & legs.
Create a purpose
Set a 90-day goal and write it down.
Focus on meaningful projects (finance, health, or career)
Work on it daily, consistency drives improvement.
Journal and plan for the next day.
This is important, you have to show up every day to achieve that goal. If you want to be shredded, then you need to hit the gym and eat clean every day. It doesn’t help if you skip gym 5 times a week and train 2. Consistency drives improvement.
Avoid Cheap Dopamine
stop watching porn, doom scrolling, and unproductive habits.
Replace them with workouts and projects.
Instead of watching Netflix all day, pick up a book. No one has ever regretted reading a book.
Watching porn destroys your confidence, there is a reason you can’t talk to girls. Doom scrolling is just wasting your potential. Let’s say you spend 3 hours every day watching TikTok, that’s 45 days a year! 45 days, straight watching TikTok. Imagine if you used that time to build a business.
Fix your sleep
Sleep 7-8 hours.
Get morning sunlight.
no food or screens before bed.
There is a reason you can’t sleep for more than 3 hours every night. you doom scroll tik tok before you sleep. Every time you watch a video, you get a small dopamine trigger. This keeps your brain active and engaged. The blue light from your screen suppresses the production of melatonin (the hormone responsible for making you feel sleepy) This delays and disrupts your sleep cycle, making it harder to fall asleep.
When you eat before bed, your digestive system becomes active, breaking down the food and processing it. This requires energy and attention from your body, preventing it from fully relaxing. This means your body has to work overtime preventing you from fully falling asleep.
This is the recipe to succeed. If you follow this list disciplined for 90 days, you will be unrecognizable. This does not work if you are half committed, it takes time and consistency.
